Uradi sam - Vunena jelkica / DIY Woolen Christmas tree

Ovih dana uporno razmišljam samo o dekorisanju za nastupajuće praznike (iako postoji sigurno još gomila stvari za koje mogu da kažem da su važnije, ali Nova godina je jednom godišnje :)). Ukrašavala bih sve i svašta, ali idem korak po korak.

Ovde vam predstavljam jedan jednostavan "uradi sam" projekat (ili kako je sad postalo "moderno" - DIY project). Reč je o jelkici koja se vrlo brzo da napraviti. Napomenuću da je ovo moj prvi post takvog sadržaja :))) I njime se prijavljujem na prvi izazov na blogu Izazovi i slatkiši! :)

Kako je pao prvi sneg konačno shvatih da je došla zima i da još dosta treba da se načekam da ponovo uskočim u letnje haljine (još "samo" 192 dana). Ja sam od onih ljudi koji se raduju snegu dok su dobro ušuškani u svojoj sobi, sa šoljom vruće kafe ili čaja u ruci. Ipak, trudim se da u svakom godišnjem dobu (naša sreća pa ih imamo sve :)) pronađem ono što ga čini posebnim i ono što mene čini srećnom. Tokom zime, to je definitivno neodoljivi praznični duh sa svim onim lampicama, šljokicama, ukrasima, mirisima, šarenilom, praporcima, prednovogodišnjom "histerijom"... Priznajem da sam totalno dete kad je u pitanju kićenje jelke, dekorisanje kuće i pakovanje (da se ne lažemo i otvaranje) poklona. Pošto radim sve u poslednjem momentu, ovog puta sam odlučila da na vreme iščačkam na netu neke zanimljive ideje za pakovanje poklona. Svi znamo da je bitna pažnja i namera, ali malo kreativnosti nikom ne može da škodi. Odvojite malo vremena i "začinite" svoje poklone za najbliže. Možda ima previše slika, ali niiiiiiisam mogla da im odolim :)

Today I found something that got me thinking about my childhood toys. Everything was so simple yet interesting. We didn't have computer games, mobile  phones nor all the apps that we use today and probably can't imagine our life without them now. That thing that got me thinking is - Anagram. 

Anagram is a wooden toy inspired by the popular camera and photo-sharing mobile app Instagram. It's designed by Twig Creative, a husband and wife team. The toy is handmade from wood, cork and leather to look like Instagram icon. I love it! As they say - we're nostalgic for nostalgia!

This is not the only toy from this "family factory". Toys are inspired by the modern gadgets that promote analog learning and creativity in digital world. Take a look here and see how the anaPad2 looks like - a creative tablet for kids (and adults).

Unbearable long winter days

I admit it was nice and beautiful in the beginning. But now, I'm craving for summer or at least spring. Colorful outfits, bare feet, fruits, the heat, the sun, longer days, sunshine, sunshine and sunshine!!! Ooooh let this winter come to its end!
